There will be a 1-week (7-Day) grace period, until the following Saturday evening, at 9:59PM on June 8th. During this 1-week period, there will be a $100 late fee added onto the total dues amount. This must be included in the online credit card payment and/or mail-in check. If your check is post marked after June 1st, and does not include the $100, you will not be in good standing. If your mail-in check has a post marked date of anything after June 8th (even if it has the $100 added), it will be returned, and you will not be included in the '25-'26 Parade Season roster.

No late excuses will be accepted; if there is something the board needs to be aware of, please contact them directly before the due date at 2010kqar@gmail.com.

*Remember that Hold Harmless & Bylaw forms must also be signed to be in good standing.

Welcome New Annies!!!

We are so excited to have you. At this event, we will review "everything you need to know" with you and your Sponsor!

You'll have the opportunity to meet the Board Members, buy some new KQAR swag, talk about costumes and hear about all the fun ahead!

Please mark your calendars, as this night is a requirement for New Members & their Sponsor. Returning Members will be allowed to attend after orientation presentation (@ 730PM) for socializing and shopping!

Light apps will be available, as well as a cash bar.

All attendees will receive a FREE New Parade Season pin just for your attendance!

Who can participate?

This is for any KQAR member and their child/children (ages 3-12 only). To participate in the 2025 Gasparilla Children's Parade, children 6 and under must ride float and all children MUST be accompanied by an adult. It is a long day for our little Annies & pirates so please plan accordingly - iPads, coloring books, additional snacks are always a good idea, just in case. This year there will be chicken finger trays and snacks on each float for participants, along with coolers of water provided by KQAR. We are float #s (stay tuned for details) - Make sure to let everyone know where we are in the lineup so they can look out for us!
